Remove database in mail merge for Microsoft Word 2007Via new toolbar icon

  1. Customize your toolbar: Open “Word Options”  -> “Customize
  2. Choose commands from: “All Commands
  3. Select “Main Document Setup
  4. Click “Normal Word document

Via macro

  1. Create new macro manually (e.g. DelSource)
  2. Visual Basic Editor will open
  3. Write following code:
    ActiveDocument.MailMerge.MainDocumentType = wdNotAMergeDocument
  4. Save and execute


Word 2007: Datenbank aus Serienbrief entfernen

Über neues Toolbar icon

  1. Toolbar anpassen: Öffne “Word Options”  -> “Anpassen
  2. Befehle auswählen: “Alle Befehle
  3. Wähle “Hauptdokument Setup
  4. Wähle “Normales Word Dokument

Über Makro

  1. Erstelle manuell ein neues Makro (e.g. DelSource)
  2. Visual Basic Editor öffnet sich
  3. Schreibe folgenden Code:
    ActiveDocument.MailMerge.MainDocumentType = wdNotAMergeDocument
  4. Speichern und ausführen
